All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. While we will use our best efforts to meet all orders we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this website. We reserve the right to discontinue the offer of any products listed on the website at any time without notice. We do not deliver to PO BOX.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns Procedure
We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please return it to us within 28 days for an exchange or refund of the product value.

When sending a return, please use the returns slip provided any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us or liable for courier costs. In the event of the product being faulty or damaged in transit, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.
Please note that cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of earrings and any underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty.
